A coach, a pair of pads, the morning air
Boxing here is not a class. A coach comes to the estate — pads on the deck at six, or in the cool of the evening — and the hour is yours: rounds of pad work, footwork, conditioning along the length of the 25 meter pool, then a long swim and the sauna. Sessions are built around you, whether you have boxed for years or never wrapped your hands.
Private pad work
One coach, one pair of pads, at whatever hour suits you — dawn on the deck, or after the light has gone.
Conditioning
Kettlebells, sled and intervals along the length of the pool, paced to how you have been resting rather than how you last trained.
Recovery
The Finnish sauna, a long swim in the 25 meter pool, and a masseuse on request.
Health & sleep
